Springboard Education’s Parent Portal
Online Registration & Enrollment System
Step #1 – Go to the Springboard Parent Portal Web Page
The first step in enrolling your child in a Springboard program at your school is to go to the
Springboard Parent Portal web page to create an account in our Parent Portal.
Click on link: http://parent.springboardkids.com and you will arrive at a web page that looks like this:
Step #2 – Determine Your Log-in Status

CUSTOMERS
If you have already
created an account in our
Parent Portal, please log-
in here with your email
address and password.
EXISTING
CUSTOMERS
If you participated in a
Springboard in the past and
have received an account
number from us, use it and
your email address to initialize
your account here.
NEW CUSTOMERS
If you are new to
Springboard and/or do
not have an account
number, please click
here and follow the
instructions to create an
account.
STEP #3 – Create and/or Log-in to Your Account
Use the registered email address and account number
that Springboard provided to activate your account.
You will receive a confirmation email with your initial
password for access to the Parent Portal.
You will be directed to the Parent Portal and you
should click on the “Register” button to begin the
enrollment process.
When you first log in to the Parent Portal you will be
asked to select a program:
Regular Schedule - Your child will be scheduled to
attend Springboard on specific days every week.
Flex Schedule - You will be able to schedule your child to
attend Springboard on a flexible schedule that could
vary week-to-week.
You will then be guided step-by-step through the
registration and account set-up process.

When you click on the link you will first be asked
to select a program:
Regular Schedule - Your child will be scheduled
to attend Springboard on specific days every
week.
Flex Schedule - You will be able to schedule your
child to attend Springboard on a flexible
schedule that could vary week-to-week.
You will then be taken to the Parent Portal and
be guided step-by-step through the registration
and account set-up process.
Simply enter your email address and
password to immediately access
your account.
You will be directed to the Parent
Portal so your can manage your
account and your child’s enrollment
in Springboard.
STEP #4 – Personalize Parent Portal
Once you have successfully created your Springboard account and logged in, you will be directed to a Parent Portal
where you can enter information about your family and your child which will be critical for your family’s participation
in Springboard.
The Parent Portal will provide you with three major areas of information and activity:
Registration - Where you can enter your family information and enroll your child in Springboard.
Payments & Statements – Where you can make payments, view your balance due and enroll in peace-of-mind autopay.
Information – Where you can find out information regarding your child’s participation in Springboard.
STEP #5 – Register for Scheduling and Payment Options
Once you are in the Parent Portal you will be able to register your child in Springboard at your school. Registering your
child in a Springboard program requires you to select schedule and payment options.

Scheduling Options
You have a choice of two options for scheduling your child in
Springboard:
Regular Schedule - Your child will be scheduled to attend
Springboard on a specific set of days every week.
Full Time (every day) or Part Time (1-4 days/week).
The simplest and most cost effective option.
Schedule around your family’s calendar.
Flex Schedule - You will be able to schedule your child to
attend on a flexible schedule that could vary week-to-week.
Attendance can vary each week.
Maximum flexibility but higher cost.
Requires registration by Sunday of each week.
Holiday Schedule
The holiday schedule at your child’s school is automatically
applied to your Springboard program – we will not enroll
your child nor bill you for days that Springboard is not held.
Select a Payment Option
Payment Options
You have a choice of two payment options:
Auto-Pay – Payments to Springboard will be made through
automatic payment processing on a weekly or monthly basis.
Offers simplicity and peace-of-mind.
Attractive discounts - 3% weekly or 5% monthly - applied to all
payments scheduled through Auto-Pay.
Weekly payment dates: every Monday.
Monthly payment dates: first Monday of every month.
Not available for Flex Schedule families.
Self-Pay – Payments to Springboard will need to be manually
made by you by logging into the Parent Portal.
Regular Schedule families make payment by Monday to pay the
balance due for that week.
Late charges are assessed if not paid within 3 days of due date.
Flex Schedule families make payment when they enroll.
Payment Processing and Statements
Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and e-checks.
Invoices and account statements (including tax documents) are
available at the Parent Portal.
