Enrollment Options

Regular Schedule

Regular Full-time – five days per week

Regular Part-time – any number of days per week but enrolled in the same days every week

Payment is due for all days child is enrolled, including if a child is absent from Springboard. There are no account credits or refunds for missed days.

Flex Schedule

Flex – select only the days needed, but days must be scheduled by midnight (ET) the night before. Flex rates are $2-$4/day higher than Regular Schedule Programs.

There are no account credits or refunds for missed days, including if a child is absent from Springboard. Scheduling changes must be made online by midnight (ET) the night before, or by contacting Customer Care in advance, by midnight (ET) the night before.

Drop In

Child attends Springboard but is not enrolled in advance. Drop-in is not always available or offered in all locations. The fee for a drop in is the Daily Flex rate plus a minimum drop in fee of $7.00 per session per child.


Payment Options

Regular Schedule Payment Options

Monthly Auto-Pay – Every 4 or 5 weeks (varies by month) credit card / checking account on file is charged on the first Monday of the month for the upcoming weeks. There is a 5% discount on accounts signed up for Monthly Auto-Pay.

Twice-a-Month Auto-Pay – Two times per month on a Monday the credit card / checking account on file is charged for the upcoming time period. There is a 3% discount on accounts signed up for Twice-a-Month Auto-Pay.

Weekly Auto-Pay – Credit card / checking account on file is charged on Monday for the current week.

Flex Schedule Payment Options

Payment due at the time of scheduling. Parents/guardians may schedule for one day, one week or multiple weeks at a time. Scheduling may be done online or by contacting Customer Care.


Scheduling and Payment Policies

Regular Schedule

Payment is due for all days child is enrolled, including if a child is absent from Springboard. There are no account credits or refunds for missed days.

Enrollment may be cancelled or changed by contacting Customer Care by 3pm on Friday for the following week. Child/ren will remain enrolled for the entire school year unless Customer Care is notified about a cancellation.

Payments are due according to auto-pay schedule or every Monday at midnight for self-pay.

Flex Schedule

There are no account credits or refunds for missed days, including if a child is absent from Springboard. Scheduling changes and cancellations allowed with a minimum advance notice by midnight (ET) the night before.

Payment due at the time of scheduling. Parents/guardians may schedule for one day, one week or multiple weeks at a time. Child will be added to the roster when the payment is processed. Parents/guardians may schedule and pay online or call Customer Care to schedule and pay by phone.

Additional Policies

Registration Fee

A non-refundable Registration Fee is required per family each school year. 

Late Pick-up Policy

$1 per minute/per child after the close of business. Check with your Site Coordinator for program hours or view the hours on the location page on our website.

Declined Payment Policy

A $15/week late fee will be charged for account balances not paid in full every Monday. Payments via electronic check take approximately 3-5 business days to clear. If an electronic check transaction fails, accounts will be charged a $35 declined check fee. This is in addition to the $15/week late fee.

Inclement Weather/Program Closings

If our program is closed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, your account will be automatically credited for that day.  Any account credits will be automatically applied to your next transaction.
